Service description

We can list & sell your item on ebay in any format (auction, buy now or store inventory). We will also pack and post your item if necessary anywhere in Australia or the world if required.
Pickup of items is possible within the Albury/Wodonga metropolitan area for a small fee.
An itemised account & tax invoice of all amounts received and fees charged will be provided after sale and payments due will be settled within 21 days of the date of sale to allow time for returns under our 14 day refund policy.
We can and will phograph your item for the purpose of improving the chances of selling.

Fees

A $10.00 basic fee + applicable ebay listing fees is payable immediately upon acceptance of goods for sale.
A 15% commission of the total item sale price + any applicable ebay selling fees will be deducted from any moneys due after sale.
A $10.00 minimum charge applies for pickup of an item within the Albury/Wodonga city limits.
Fees for storage will be applied as deemed appropriate for unsold items not collected within 14 days of sale end. GTC store listed items will be charged storage if not sold within 30days.
Ongoing GTC ebay store listing fees will be charged if an item is required to remain on sale for more than 30 days.
GTC fees for store listed items will be charged at the ebay monthly rate for the listing and will be payable within the first 7 days of each billing period for the item to remain listed.
Unless a tax invoice is provided for the items sold, then 1/11 of the total selling price will be deducted for GST.
There is no charge for any digital photographs taken for the purposes of selling the item.

Terms and conditions

Items not sold will be charged a storage fee if not collected within 14 days of a sale ending.
Unsold items not collected within 30days of a sale period ending will be disposed of without warning.
Failure to pay ongoing GTC ebay store listing fess for GTC items which incur a recurring monthly listing fee within 7 days of the new billing period will result in the GTC listing being ended.
All items will be listed with a 14day satisfaction guarantee refund policy so buyers have the right to return the item for a refunf if not happy with it provided it is returned in the exact same condition it was sold in.
As a result payment of the balance of any moneys due after sale for any item sold will be completed 21days after the date of sale.
We reserve the right to refuse any item for sale, regardless of whether it complies with ebay listing policies or not.
We also reserve the right to end any item prematurely which does not meet the pre-stated conditions or standards quoted by the owner and is subsequently found to be listed not as described. Any listing fees and basic fees paid in this case will be forfeited. IE tell us honestly about the condition of your item.
Any photos necessary to help sell the item will be taken and used in the listing at no extra charge but will remain our property. You are also welcome to supply any of your own photos in digital form and these will remain your property but you grant us full permission to use them without charge for the purposes of selling your item on ebay.
